Social Activities:

Both members and non members participate actively in the following events:

• Bengali Dramas and Musicals,
• Bengali New Year Day(Nabobarsho),
• Indian Independence day,
• Annual Picnic or Day Trip,
• Christmas Party,
• Musical Evenings

  Weekly Activities:

Senior Citizens' Club Wednesday: Every wednesday the senior members of our club gather to spend a leisurely afternoon together. They enjoy the afternoon playing either indoor games like cards or engaging themselves in light exercise.These activities are followed by a lunch. Note: - This activity has been suspended until 8 February 2012.

Friday Club:
Fridays consist of a get together of all members.Members indulge in indoor activities like cards, table tennis, badminton. The evening ends with a sumptuous meal consisting of a variety of food items contributed by the members.

  Religious Activities:

All members and non members together celebrate the Bengali Hindu festivals of

• Saraswati Puja
• Durga Puja
• Lakshmi Puja
• Kali Puja

All the venerations are performed conforming to proper rituals and customs.Members and non members can give their individual 'puja' offerings in these rituals.

  Meetings:

We hold general meetings at regular intervals to discuss and take decisions on our different activities.
Annual General Meetings are held once a year to discuss on the past year's progress,new developments.The election of our new Executive Committee is also held on the same day with only members having the right to vote.
